Pvt Ltd. The company was established in the year 1989 by Dr. Shirish S. Naik Ex-faculty Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai & later Mr. Abhishek Gupta of M/S Anushka Builders& Coloniser joined hands as joint venturee to serve the purpose of development, marketing and financial care required in the field of Environmental Engineering. Projects completed at national and International is near about > 250 in number. We have done an extensive search and still have not come across any system with a smaller footprint. The uniqueness of the system has resulted in the award of a Patent. • Apart from natural land intensive systems like the duckweed pond, the power cost of operation of our systems is the least and that too by a wide margin. • The plant is fully automated with a microprocessor control and operator attendance is minimal - tremendous savings in manpower costs and elimination of operational errors. There is a manual operation option as well. • We can "see" the plant in operation right in our office by virtue of a camera and DVR system of e-connectivity on extra cost. • The plant has a built-in odor removal system • The powder coated exterior has built in sound absorption pads to ensure a totally silent operation • Ours is probably the only system that has received a Certificate of Excellence from a Pollution Control Board for 3 years in succession • Member-Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Member-IIWWA Advantages of RMBR Technology with consistent process results 1 Stable operation – frequent supervision not required; microbial population accommodates organic and hydraulic fluctuations. 2 Lower expansion and retrofit costs –modular construction, reduced excavation costs 3 Smaller footprints – due to short wastewater retention time 4 Minimal head loss through system 5 Very low energy consumption. 6 Minimal maintenance – simple drive and bearing lubrication 7 Reduced life cycle costs – as compared to suspended growth systems like ASP/FAB/SAFF/MBBR. 8 Simple operations – no recycle, less lab testing for process control 9 Operator friendly due to absence of MLSS, offered process is attached growth. 10 Sludge generation is lesser in comparison to blower based technology due to absence of Nitrogen intake. Current projects are all over at the national level and International level which are approx > 200 in number.
