Inspired by profound leadership of our Hon’ble PM, Shri Narendra Modi and his commitment to make India a self-reliant and self-sufficient Industrial Hub, we incorporated Aquatic Pipes & Tubes Private Limited (APTPL) on May 17, 2018 and set up High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes manufacturing plant at the backward rural area of Rajgarh District of MP with an aim to generate rural employment and provide quality pipes. The entity commenced its production in April’19 with an annual capacity of 13200MT. Riding on the trust reposed by our clientele, we scaled up our annual capacity to 21900MT in June’2020 capable of making pipes upto 400mm dia. The scaling in capacity also raised our energy requirements, from initial contracted electricity load of 500 KVA to 950 KVA. The aim was also to save the tax payer’s money by supplying quality pipes in various irrigation projects sponsored by the state governments. During the same period, the flagship project i.e. Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) was in vogue which aims to provide potable water at the door step of every household. Since, HDPE pipes are massively used for transportation of potable water, the quality of pipes directly concerns the human health, so the aim is to make pipes from prescribed resin which makes transport of water fit for human consumption, thus, sticking to this ethical and social responsibility, we have specialized in the production of HDPE pipes, comprehensively meeting with IS4984 standards prescribed by the BIS and also, meeting at par with ISO 9001:2015 standards. To ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and consistent product excellence, APTPL has made continuous investments in automation. This has enabled us to enhance both quality control and production capabilities, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in water infrastructure development which underlines from the fact that our product is complaint free wherein we have sold about 11000 kilometres of HDPE pipes.
