The main object of the company is to manufacture, design, develop, publish, buy, sell, import, export, or otherwise deal in support software for automating the process of managing disparate enterprise functions, such as accounting, human resources, procurement, scheduling, distribution, and inventory management and to carry on the business of designing, development, customization, implementation maintenance, testing and dealing in computer software and solutions, etc. along with to educate, provide the certification courses, imparting practical training relating to software development, computer technology, offering equipment, solutions and services for networking, network management, data center management, languages such as JAVA, C++, etc. Mr. Ashutosh Pal (DIN: 09603789), Mr. Chetav Joshi (DIN: 09603790), and Mrs. Khushboo Joshi (DIN: 09603791) are the promoters behind the company who proposed and initiated the idea of the formation of the Company and forming the Board of the Directors to handle the working of the company. The Board is well versed with the adequate qualifications and the experience required for the fulfillment of the main object of the company. Mrs. Khushboo Joshi has done Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) along with a Master of Technology (M. Tech.) with appropriate working experience, Mr. Ashutosh Pal has done Bachelors of Engineering (B.E.) with appropriate working experience and Mr. Chetav Joshi has done Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from prestigious institution to provide expertise in the field of the management.
