Ayurmangalam Garbhsanskar of Manaswinee Ayurveda Foundation has carefully designed a unique course for the aim of "Sulabh Prasuti and Tejaswi Nirmiti" with the vision of global health. It is a basic module of lifestyle modification as per Ayurveda and application of Yoga during perinatal phase of parents. Perinatal yoga and Garbhsanskar classes serve as a comprehensive approach to nurturing a healthy pregnancy. By engaging parents, yoga teachers, and doctors at multiple levels, these practices aim to create an environment that fosters physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being for both the mother and the unborn child. This collaborative approach ensures a harmonious journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and the early stages of parenthood.This institute also provides the unique certificate course of specialisation in the perinatal yoga and garbhsanskar for yoga teachers and doctors affiliated by an International Yoga Organization (Ministry of AAYUSH registered)and USA federal.These courses are intended to spread an integrated knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga globally for all dimensions of maternal and baby health.
