The Objects for which the Company is established are: a. To promote commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment or any such other object and to build old age home or child education Centre, organizing of camp for blood donation or primary health check -up for students, educational Centre, blanket & cloth distribution, sanitization, environment awareness to specially challenged people/ thalassemia conduct program related to career awareness, generate women employment. b. To establish, set up and run and provide all kinds of services to pathological, microbiological and immuno – biological laboratories and conduct other medical tests, analysis, medical and clinical and other research, formulation of medicare plans and developmental activities to develop new products and substitute for imported products and to develop and maintain testing house and laboratory for own use and for others and to promote research and development in these areas. c. To establish, setup & run schools, colleges, university, hospitals, laboratories, all types of training, technology & research centres, study & coaching centre, & also participate, support, undertake & execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects, to engage in advancement of any other object of general public utility. d. To provide food to poor men and women in cities, towns, villages of India with a view to provide them sustainable livelihood enhancement of their living conditions based on their needs, skills and traditional livelihood occupations. e. To provide help to the poor children, men and women in cities, towns, villages of India on the terms this is in the best interest of the Company. f. To help, develop, facilitate, promote, support the peoples and their families especially in the field of Health, education, social justice, equality and eradicate hunger, poverty, and malnutrition and promote health care, health camps, mobile medical vans, healthcare centers, sanitation and other facilities that is needed for leading a life of dignity and enhance their skills and opportunities by providing, coordination and imparting training in the relevant skills and in entrepreneurship and help them in setting up self-employment ventures. Provided that the company shall not support with its funds, or endeavour to impose on, or procure to be observed by its members or others, any regulation or restriction which, as an object of the company, would make it a trade union.
