Bettermint Health is an overall health & wellness app. We use behavioural psychology to help people build healthy habits, that last. For now our app is targeted at overweight / obese Indians, as well as Indians with abdominal obesity. The app assesses every user on four key health parameters - movement, nutrition, sleep & well-being & classifies each person as a beginner / intermediate / advanced. It then suggests habits that a user should build to improve their health & gradually takes them towards improved health outcomes.
