Arif Sheikh (Proprietor Shri Mohammed Arif Sheikh) situated at 1st Floor ‘Bids Corporate’, Olympic Square (Segaw) Barwani‐451551 (M.P.), India and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the a􀆩ainment of the above objects of takeover of Sole Proprietorship. To carry on the business of Supply & Erec􀆟on Contracts including site survey, planning, design, engineering, assembly manufacturing, tes􀆟ng, supply, loading, transporta􀆟on, unloading, delivery at site, handling, storage, installa􀆟on, tes􀆟ng, commissioning and documenta􀆟on of all items/ materials and associated works required for Construc􀆟on/Augmenta􀆟on/ Renova􀆟on/Shi􀅌ing of all types of Electrical Transmission & Distribu􀆟on of all voltage’s ra􀆟ngs overhead and underground lines. To carry on the business of prepara􀆟on of plan, design, drawing, fabricate, supply, erect, import, export, to act as contractor and es􀆟mate of electrical and civil construc􀆟on work, construc􀆟on of all types of civil & electrical works of Government and Private sectors, supply of civil, electrical and mechanical materials to Government and Private, promo􀆟ng of civil & electrical construc􀆟on work and purchasing and selling of constructed building from Government, to provide civil & electrical consultancy, par􀆟cipate in the tenders of Government, semi government or any other private or non‐government agency. To purchase, sale, develop any land, plot(s) of land or immovable property including but not limited to Colony Development or movable property or any right or interest therein including industrial, commercial, residen􀆟al, or farm lands, plots, buildings, houses, apartments, flats or areas within or outside the limits of Municipal Corpora􀆟on or other local bodies, anywhere within the Domain of India, to divide the same into suitable plot, to deal in proper􀆟es, real estate, to act as an agent for purchasing, selling and le􀆫ng on hire, plot and houses, whether mul􀆟storied, commercial and/or residen􀆟al buildings on commission basis, and to rent or sell the plots for building/construc􀆟ng residen􀆟al houses, bungalows, business premises, and colonies and rent or sell the same and realize cost in lumpsum or easy instalments or by hire purchase system and otherwise, either singly or jointly or in Partnership with any individual or Body corporate or partnership Firm. To carry on the business of contractors, sub‐contractors, quasi contractors whether for government or for semi government bodies or corpora􀆟on or company or society or body corporate or firms or individuals or schools or clubs or other bodies or private works and to undertake contracts and sub contracts rela􀆟ng to construc􀆟on, modifica􀆟on, repairing, altera􀆟on, construc􀆟on, removal, redecora􀆟on, redesigning, enlarging, improving and designing of civil work, building for whatever use, roads, approach roads, streets, circles, squares, parks, gardens, statues, parking places, bridges, dams, water courses and reservoirs, tunnels, earth works, sewers, tanks, drains, sewage, light houses, towers, transmission towers, pipe lines, underground cables, railway tracks, railway sidings, run ways ship yards, stock yards, culverts, channels whether on turnkey basis or on labour contracts or otherwise and to carry on the business of supply of all types of Construc􀆟on related materials. To carry on, manage, supervise and control the business of transmi􀆫ng, manufacturing, supplying, genera􀆟ng, distribu􀆟ng and dealing in electricity and all forms of energy and power generated by any source whether nuclear, steam, hydro or 􀆟dal, water, wind, solar, hydrocarbon fuel or any other form, kind or descrip􀆟on. Further, to do the business of Electricity Transmission and distribu􀆟on franchisee (purchasing/ selling) works from government and private par􀆟es etc.
