In their own words
We are doing Mushroom Spawn (seeds) Production and Mushroom cultivation besides mushroom powder and its byproduct development. Mushroom comes under superfood category and due to very high medicinal and nutritional value we are developing products also which can cater the nutritional need of the time for our healthy generations. Specifically we are focussing on VItamin D synthesis and stability in dried mushrooms. The agriculture is the main economy of India and the waste produced from agriculture is mostly burned and polluting the environment. Mushrooms can not only use the agriculture waste but also help in controlling pollution by bioremediation technology. We are also working to produce thermocol alternative using mushroom and agriculture waste. Waste generated from mushroom production can be used as a fuel in large industries increasing the calorific value and reducing smoke. We also provide mushroom cultivation training so that the backbone of India our farmers become wealthy and many unemployed youths can start their own earnings also.
