Our model targets the domain of construction and manufacturing workers who are usually found at the “labor addas” of every town. BluCollar is an online platform connecting the contractors involved in the construction business with the labourers in search of constant work. The labourers face harsh conditions on a daily basis in their process of job hunt. We aim to provide a seamless experience to the contractors by gathering their requirements and providing a trained labour force, thus removing our clients' hassle of the daily hunt and an experience of quality work. Through our portal, workers do not have to wait in addas, instead they get notified through messages in their regional languages while at home when work is available for them. The contractors have the options to choose the kind of workers based on the necessity.
