Company Name - Bramha Protection LLP. Incorporated in January 2023. Problem identified - Frequent damage to Smart phones, watches, other Wearable due to regular use. Solution offered - Damage protection Insurance for Smart Phones, Watches, Wearable’s, Electronics - for 1 year (through IRDA registered General Insurance Companies) We offer Accidental damage and liquid damage protection (ADLD) as well as Extended Warranty to Mobiles, Tabs, Electronics, and Wearable’s. Brand names: Shield and UBBWF. We use Shield for the offline market (Electronic and Mobiles Stores) and UBBWF for Amazon and our website (www.ubbwf.com). Protection plans/Insurance is sold through physical stores with the help of Smart phone ‘Brand promoters’ and our own team. Protection plans are upsold post selling a Smart phone, Tab, Watch (Smart/Analog), Electronic device to customers. Damage insurance/Protection plans are valid for a period of 1 year (sold only on new devices). Extended Warranty, however, starts when the OEM warranty ends. Promoters and store Owners earn a handsome commission on a successful sale. In case of damage claims, we are responsible for the repairs of the Device (through Company authorized service centres) We work with 2 underwriters - ICICI Lombard and HDFC Ergo. POC: Piloted the business in Maharashtra & [Varanasi (UP). 1st year of operation (2023-24): Revenues – Close to Rs.75 Lacs Home grown CRM & Mobile App (Scalable) to manage Sales, Billing & CLCM (Customer life cycle management)
