We are a SAAS based web-portal aiming to boost skills.We make job seekers Job Ready in terms of Business Communication and also Assist them after they enter into Job. We are recognised startup by the GUSEC under the Government of Gujarat. We are being incubated at GUJARAT UNIVERSITY STARTUP AND ENTERPRENEURSHIP COUNCIL/CENTER, AHMEDABAD. Our startup KIMAILIT.COM (Company Name CALLWAYS) makes relatively inexperienced professionals & freshers at job ATMANIRBHAR in terms of Email communication required in day to day business, trade & commercial activities. There are 8 million Graduates and 2 million Graduates churning out in India year on year basis. Most of them get into job. Most of them are from Vernacular/Regional academic background and with no or little job experience. Keeping them in mind primarily, WE PROVIDE LIVE EMAIL DRAFTING AND VETTING Services on REAL TIME BASIS through our Portal (www.kimailit.com). Ours is a ROF Registered Partnership firm CALLWAYS, which is promoted by two Corporate Professionals Ashish Thakar and Nipa Thakar containing rich corporate job experience of 20 plus years coming from Banking and Telecom sector. WE TAKE THE PAIN AWAY by acting as PERSONAL & LIVE COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT FOR ALL THOSE WHO ASPIRE TO BUILD THEIR CAREER IN MSME & CORPORATE SECTOR JOBS. We do not let them disheartened, they do not have to look anywhere else or spend their precious money after enrolling for some un-standardized SPOKEN ENGLISH CLASS...Because we know that Business Communication Skills are not dependent upon English alone. AS A SELF EMPOWERMENT TOOL FOR OUR USERS, WE HAVE ALSO CREATED A POOL OF READY TO USE BUSINESS EMAIL TEMPLATES RELATED TO NEARLY 1000 KEYWORDS. A REGISTERED USER CAN ALWAYS FIND RELEVANT READY-MADE DRAFT OF HER/HIS CHOICE BY ENTERING THE KEYWORD OF HER/HIS CHOICE AND SIMPLY USE THE DRAFT WITH OR WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATIONS AS PER HER/HIS NEED. It is needless to say that this service is first of its kind and it address the issue of skill-gap in Soft skills by the way of hand holding young aspirants at job, thus enhancing their confidence and career progression at job/occupation. We are currently entering in beta testing mode, we have plans to create a pool of experienced email writing associates on Pan India basis, thus creating job opportunities mostly for women, divyangs (having below the waist handicap/deformities) and even experienced senior citizens, those laid-off from their jobs due to COVID19 situation. Such a kind of service has neither existed in full anywhere globally. We bestow upon all the pride & credit on mother India for being the first to come up with such a unique service. Going ahead we plan to scale up by obtaining IEM number and to reach out ASEAN, SAARC, BRICS, BIMSTEC AFRICAN and APAC Country blocks respectively to provide solutions to their youths/professionals as well.
