CLINICA is led by subject matter experts having Professional experience of more than 3 decades. Our team includes experts in Clinical project management and drug development who served at senior leadership positions in Pharma R&D, Clinical Research and Medico Marketing. Thus, we understand pharma needs well. CLINICA supports all stakeholders engaged in the drug development process and innovation. CLINICA is assisting the Pharmaceutical Companies and working towards innovation/improvement of existing products, services and Processes. Our flexible approach for designing, planning, executing and completing a clinical study is being our winning strategy. Our experience and expertise allow us to undertake the Phase II, III and IV Clinical Trials, Marketing Studies to increase market share for existing products, Investigators Initiated studies for research purposes, Post Marketing Safety Studies for approved products, and Comparative studies etc. The Stand-alone service offerings by CLINICA also gained good traction from our clients. We are working with our development partners (Sponsors) in various streams of Allopathic Medicines, Medical Devices, Biosimilars, and Alternative therapies. Our well-trained team, risk-management capabilities (Risk assessment and Risk Mitigation at each stage) and our rapport with our investigators differentiate us from the rest of the CROs. Project Management is our forte! We have 3 PMP® certified Clinical Project Managers, who not only effectively execute the projects but add value to the CLINICA deliverables. CLINICA has strong expertise in designing robust clinical development strategies and executing efficient clinical trials in multiple indications. We believe in ‘Robust Planning’, rather this is our Philosophy because we do not like giving surprises to our development partners during the project.
