The goal of developing communities by Deep Blu Energy Private Limited is to provide inhabitants with homes that are constructed with their residents' optimum physical, emotional, and mental welfare in mind. Our constructions will result in spaces that: 1. Create a lake that is supplied by rainwater as the primary feature, with the intention of replenishing water tables. 2. Construct with rammed earth, which emits low levels of carbon dioxide and lasts a long time. 3. Reduce the amount of fresh water and power that customers consume by a variety of techniques. 4. Instead of conventional air conditioners, use heat pumps. 5. Generate all of the site's energy needs through the use of solar power. The upkeep of amenities is often charged at a rate that is approximately INR 4-5 per square foot on a monthly basis. The current tendency in Lucknow is for builders to take over maintenance contracts via sister businesses. We are of the opinion that neighbourhoods can be conceived of in such a way as to produce income and become financially independent, so relieving inhabitants of the financial burden of maintaining the community. The end goal is to design luxury homes, buildings, and communities that are equipped with central air conditioning and provide every imaginable amenity, all while having a small impact on the environment and a low monthly operating cost. HOW WE ACHIEVE ZERO-ENERGY BALANCE IN OUR HOMES 1. A lake that is fed solely by rainfall will serve as the community's centrepiece, and its construction will be motivated by the desire to raise the existing water table. 2. Building that, rather than concrete or steel, is constructed using rammed earth, stone, mud, or lime, depending on the location of the building. 3. Cooling via geothermal sources 4. Solar power 5. Reusing and recycling greywater 6. A STP based on natural processes that operate without power.
