We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves, i.e. M/s Devstuti Projects Private Limited, and provide a brief detail of services on our portfolio. Devstuti Projects Private Limited was established in 2017 as a service provider start-up with a vision to grow into a company that caters to providing a wide range of services to a spectrum of diverse organizations/industries. Presently, we have the following services/professionals available for deployment, both experienced and freshers: 1. Electricians 2. Plumbers 3. Computer Operators 4. Data Entry Operators 5. Unskilled workers/labors 6. Peons 7. Sweepers 8. Drivers 9. Guards 10. Hospice Nurses The credentials and references of all the candidate provided by us are verified through competent authorities and following documents are available with all our candidates: - 1. Aadhaar 2. Educational/ Professional Certificates 3. PAN 4. DL (wherever applicable) The rate of payment to our candidates by the hiring organization is expected to be at par or more than the current skilled/semi-skilled/unskilled Basic Pay and DA as per the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. The contractor commission payable to us shall vary according to the nature and duration of the services, and shall be one time or recurring, as applicable, as per the annexure. We have a core team of experts who are into market survey of various groups defined on grounds of geography, family income, educational qualifications, physical disabilities, social status etc. and aim to target the most backward and vulnerable sections of the population, to uplift them and make them a viable part of the society. We also provide training and skill development to desirable candidates, and here again our focus is on women, handicapped and other marginalized sections of the population, to bring them into the folds of mainstream society by increasing their employability and providing job avenues they were not aware of. Our efforts in this direction has resulted in formation and maintenance of a data base of a wide range of candidates, whose particulars shall soon be available on a hiring app which is in prototype stage of development, with the beta version being tested. This will effectively bring the potential candidates and the hiring organizations on a common platform, thus increasing job opportunities with transparency of process and ease of doing business. We envision ourselves as an organization that is still in its nascent stage which not only aims to be a leading name in the field of manpower outsourcing, but also having a positive impact on the of lives of people we meet on our way. May our tribe increase.
