Diffr is an online career guidance venture started by 2 XLRI Jamshedpur graduates. Diffr aims to address the lack of an informed career ecosystem in India. Diffr wants to bridge this gap by easing the information flow through technology. Diffr wants to link customers with suitable mentors and experts, that will help them to pick right career using Diffr's unique mentoring framework. Diffr also incorporates unique customized assessment tools, that help in gauging the interest, inclination, likes & dislike of a person to distill the best career paths. Assessment, mentoring and other services are all provided through a remote, tech-enabled setup. This ensures that students in small towns have access to the same information as those in big cities. India's youth has tremendous untapped potential, but so far the process of choosing right career fit is unexplored. Diffr strives to create an India where people have enough information and guidance available to choose the right career direction for them. Diffr also enhances employability of people through soft skill trainings.
