HUNDRED EYES EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED
Indore City, Madhya Pradesh
In their own words
'Unemployability' is a bigger problem than 'Unemployment'. As per a Niti Aayog’s recently-released report, Strategy for New India @ 75, about 53% of those coming out of India’s higher educational institutions are not employable. The problem is much bigger in the tech world- a New Delhi-based employment solutions company claimed that a whopping 95% of Indian software engineers did not possess the skills to write a software program. This unemployability, affects not just individual careers, big or small companies but also our economy as a whole, as the productivity gets hampered due to sub-par skills of employees. We, at Scool, believe this problem of unemployability can be solved when students get to learn under experienced mentors, by participating in curated mentorship programmes. We believe through the mentor-mentee model every individual has a better chance at 'adding value' to oneself, through transfer of knowledge, experiential learning and meaningful connections. Which in turn, makes these students more employable.
