DNT InfoConnect Services Private Limited is a scalable and innovation-driven, export-focused customer relationship centre startup based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Our mission is to transform how international businesses engage with their customers by blending advanced technology with the human touch. We are committed to serving only international clients, contributing directly to India’s IT-enabled service exports. Our offerings are built on the pillars of AI-driven innovation, cloud infrastructure, digital intelligence, and human empathy. We believe that technology must enhance, not replace human interactions. Through rigorous training and direct engagement, our team will develop service methods that are both emotionally intelligent and operationally efficient. As we scale, our internal learnings will evolve into a robust platform integrating: 1. AI-powered voice and sentiment analytics 2. Cloud-native omnichannel communication 3. Privacy-compliant, globally aligned data practices We are currently operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Kolkata’s tech hub under a 3-year lease, with an initial team of 15 and a target to grow to 40+ employees by year-end. Our scalable business model is designed for multi-centre expansion and large-scale employment generation across India. Our long-term vision also includes an in-house R&D wing in human behavior sciences, based on ethically sourced, consent-driven data, to further enhance service design and emotional intelligence in digital interactions. DNT InfoConnect is aligned with the India@2047 vision and aspires to be a meaningful contributor to the nation’s growth story through technology, innovation, exports, and youth empowerment.
