DOCTOR365 is endeavoring to addresses the gaps in healthcare system by strengthening a multivariate healthcare eco-system comprising online curative treatment, palliative care, personlised structured ICU@Home, nursing support to geriatrics and innovative life saving support. First, DOCTOR365 has on-boarded doctors /specialists onto an online platform to provide online medical consultations to the people anytime of the day and night @24/7 for 365 days. This will help especially old people, remotely placed people and the poor to avail much-needed doctor consultations from the comfort of their homes. This will save their time, cost and most importantly, save them from catching any infection related to hospital visits. Secondly , DOCTOR365 has pioneered Home ICU for the patients. This has proved very successful with demand for it growing. These Home ICU services include dialyses at home, Home ventilator, DVT Pump, Oxygen concentrator, cardiac multipara monitor, motorized ICU Bed, C-pap, IV facility, BIPAP and the whole lot of related services, as per the demand and requirement. For this, DOCTOR365 provides certificate skilled and experienced nurses, ICU doctors, best quality ICU devices, cost effective treatment, regular update to family physician, continuous monitoring and lower risk of infection. ICU home is saving home morbidity patients whose probability of catching infection is higher when they get admitted to hospitals than in home ICU treatment. Thirdly, a significant step is realtime online contact with a doctor if any of health parameters starts worsening and real time advice and medication will start which will save many lives in the coming days. Fourthly, DOCTOR365 has initiated to provide trained health care service providers to geriatrics in the country. Fifthly, the whole process is is proposed to be integrated with AI-enabled services.
