I. Primary Objects of the Company: To establish, operate, and manage specialized rehabilitation centers catering to individuals afflicted with physical disabilities, traumatic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical impairments, with the primary objective of delivering comprehensive, patient-centered medical treatment and rehabilitation services. To provide integrated multidisciplinary rehabilitative care including, but not limited to, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, pain management protocols, orthotic and prosthetic support, psychological counseling, and community reintegration services, all aimed at restoring functional mobility, enhancing capabilities, and improving overall quality of life. To conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative technology-driven rehabilitation solutions, encompassing advanced robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, machine learning (ML) applications, virtual reality (VR) therapeutics, wearable monitoring devices, and tele-rehabilitation platforms to ensure effective, accessible, and scalable care delivery. To establish and operate dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation entities, including Section 8 companies, registered public charitable trusts, or societies, for the execution of CSR projects in full compliance with Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. To solicit and receive grants, donations, endowments, and CSR contributions from corporate entities, public or private institutions, foundations, governmental bodies, and international agencies for the purpose of funding rehabilitation programs, infrastructural development, research initiatives, and technological advancement.
