Our Founding StoryElix Sports was founded by two individuals Shariq and Salman, who grew up together, sharing a passion for football. One became the soccer captain of St. Francis's College and represented Uttar Pradesh under 21, while the other became one of the best strikers for LaMartiniere College and played in the Santosh Trophy for Uttar Pradesh. They embarked on a childhood dream of bridging the gap that existed 20 years ago, by providing coaching, guidance, and scouting opportunities to the budding and aspirational footballers of today.Fifteen years ago, Shariq and Salman achieved remarkable success as they led their esteemed club, FCUK, to victory in every possible tournament. Their management skills and dedication propelled the club to new heights. Today, fueled by their passion and the availability of advanced infrastructure and possibilities for young athletes, they have returned to recreate the magic once again. Their aim is to provide the upcoming generation with better opportunities than they had, nurturing their talent and guiding them towards achieving their dreams. With their wealth of experience and the new-age resources at their disposal, Team Elix is determined to build a legacy of success and empower the youth to excel in the world of football.Key Individuals and Team MembersMohd. Shariq, the Managing Director, is an accomplished professional with a strong emphasis on football. With a notable background as a former Under 21 player for Uttar Pradesh, he embodies the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance that are inherent in the sport. Alongside his passion for football, Mohd. Shariq holds an MBA degree in Project Management and currently serves as a Senior Product Owner for a prominent tech company in the US. Mohd. Shariq's dedication to excellence in both football and his professional endeavours demonstrates his unwavering commitment to success.Salman Ali, our Head Coach, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a background as an ex-Santosh Trophy player, an NIS diploma, and an AIFF certified coach, he possesses a deep understanding of the game and a passion for nurturing talent. Salman Ali's coaching philosophy emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and leadership, providing our players with the guidance and tools they need to excel. With his relentless pursuit of excellence and profound knowledge, he plays a crucial role in shaping our team and driving us towards success.Taruka Srivastava is a Chief Advisor and Media Consultant for Elix Sports bringing her extensive background as an Asian Games athlete (China 2010), experience as a former Manchester United and The Drum collaborator, and involvement in notable events such as #FIFAU17WC and #HWC2018. With featured contributions in Grazia, Forbes, and the World Economic Forum, Taruka's expertise is highly sought after in the sports and media industries. As the founder of The Playknox and a British Council GREAT Scholar, she continues to make a remarkable impact in promoting sports, fostering talent, and pursuing excellence both academically and professionally.Syed Ali, is a Chief Advisor an esteemed individual, with a remarkable sporting background, Syed Ali has achieved great heights in his athletic career, including representing the Indian squad in the 1976 Summer Olympics and securing a Silver medal for India in the 1982 Asian Games. Additionally, he has contributed significantly to the sport as an Ex Women's Hockey Team Selector and holds the esteemed position of Secretary in the esteemed KD Singh Babu Society in Lycknow, where he actively promotes sports and fosters a culture of excellence. Syed Ali's wealth of experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset to our organization, and we are honored to have his guidance and presence, which undoubtedly elevate our capabilities to new heights.
