Entellus Induatries was established to develop the NdPr metal, alloy and magnet industry in India. Entellus Industries has set up a manufacturing plant for NdPr Metal and NdFeB Bonded Powder and Alloys at the State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Ltd Industrial Park in Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District, Tamil Nadu. Rare earths in India today are mined and separated by IREL which produces NdPr Oxides. However, NdPr Oxide must be processed into NdPr Metal and NdFeB alloys before it can be used in magnets. With several decades of collective experience in this field, Entellus has established proprietary processing capability in India. Starting with construction in February 2023, Entellus Achieved metallization (conversion of feedstock to high grade metal) in its plant in December of 2023. (Exhibit 3). This metal was then tested and validated by global customers as high quality. Entellus has received permissions and worked in coordination with IREL, Niti Aayog, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) and several other Indian stakeholders to establish its credentials and garner Indian government-level clearance and support.
