ETOURYA be just like blessings for unorganized or informal sectors, ETOURYA follows the Principals. Enthusiastic, Trusting, Optimistic, Unbiased, Reliable, Yearning, Authentic. ETOURYAS deal in all unorganized sectors like manufacturing, construction, transport, trade, hotels and restaurants, mechanical business and personal services, NGOs. As we are already aware of the non-corporate or unincorporated sector which represents the largest portion of the economy concerning savings, investments, and value additions. The shares of corporate sectors are about 12-14% while unincorporated or bhagidari sectors are quite 30%. If we compare it with foreign companies, they lead over 70% shares in corporate sectors that’s why they're leading straight away. ETOURYAS have their thesis that “Change will not occur until you take your steps back and represent your view of converting the entire unorganized sector to organize one.” It’s the best pick time to organize the unorganized sectors. We try to serve our best services in different sections to convert the unorganized sectors to organize ways those are: Low level of organization or unregistered organization: Usually employing fewer than ten workers, i.e. small in scale and often from the immediate family; Diversity in activities Easier to hire and dismiss than in the formal sector; Usually minimal capital investment for labour work; little or no division between labour and capital Mostly labour-exhaustive work, requiring low-level skills; there is no formal training as workers learn on the job; In the incorporate field, Labour relations based on casual employment and social relationships as opposed to formal contracts; employer and employee relationship is often unwritten and informal with little or no rights Due to their separation and invisibility, workers in the informal sector are often unaware of their rights, cannot organize them, and have little negotiating power with their employers and intermediaries. We at ETOURYAS GROUP understand that it is our duty and responsibility to focus on the Upliftment and training of these blue-collar workers. We are the ones who come in direct contact with the end customer and hence with improved skills and knowledge about digitalization and continuous training and support, will go a long way in improving their standard of living and in turn will benefit the Indian economy.
