Finterprise is a fintech + enterprise Startup that helps to solve cash flow, working capital and debt management problems of MSME in B2B including manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers. PROBLEM The biggest problem in MSME sector and its businesses that both seller and buyer faces is debt and lack of cash due to selling good and services on credit and late payment of debtors. And there is also buyers who can't buy products due to limited cash flow. 90% B2B businesses deals or works in credit basis because of competitors and other business reason which is a big problem in cash flow. Problems face by small business 1. Stuck of cash flow in the market 2. Could not handle the multiple debtors 3. Liquidity problems and time consuming 4. Buyer even can't buy products due to limited credit SOLUTION Finterprise will work as a middleman in between two businesses for acceptance of payment. Finterprise will pay in advance to seller of what product and service they sold against the cheque of buyer that is written for 15days to 1month of credit with limit of 100000rs. And for buyers who need goods on credit we'll sell them goods by adding percent of profit from seller. Finterprise will only tie up with reputed businesses that are in business from more than 10 years and have good creditworthiness and goodwill in doing payment. Finterprise will tie up with NBFCs for more expansion. Advantages after finterprise This process will benefit both B2B parties 1. Fast cash flow and working capital 2. Help to bought more raw material and finished goods 3. Help to increase the production of manufacturers 4. Could reach to more and new customers REVENUE Finterprise will charge 5% as a commission of total invoice amount from the seller. Example: a wholesaler sold goods worth rs 100000 to a retailer on credit then 5% of that is 5000 will be our revenue per invoice. Revenue vary depending on amount of invoices to different different buyers and quantity of goods. In simply Finterprise is middleman trader who charges money from seller rather than buyers. And in case of buyer who need we'll sell them goods by our name with 5% service charge on total invoice.
