Company Brief : We are manufacturing special design industrial valves as per customer requirements mainly import substitute. At present there are various Industries which have China, Japan, Korea or Russian plants. There are various type of valves mounted on these plant. We have developed substitute of these valves and supplying as per customer requirements. What is the problem the start up solving; - At present most of the industries which have imported plant are facing problem to get the valves from overseas supplier for replacement of new valves from old valves because of Long delivery schedule, High prices and import formalities. To avoid this we are giving our indigenous valves with same quality and performance in very low prices. We are engineers and working in valves line from last 20 years and started manufacturing of these valves since last 5 years so we understand customer problem very well and able to give them better solution. How does your startup propose to solve this problem ;- Valves are the heart of all industries total regulation done through valves only. All industries using different type, different sizes and different material compositions for different application like for Water, Chemicals, Steam Slurry and Acid etc. We study their applications and suggest them for different type of valves which are more modifying than their existing valves. Several of the clients now purchasing our valves as import substitute. What is the uniqueness of your solutions :- The uniqueness is our can be operate manually or through Electric or through pneumatic pressure or through Hydraulic pressure as per industries conditions. Our valves can be operating in -50 Deg.C to 1200 Deg.C. We are designing and manufacturing vales as per client requirements and solving customer all valve related problems. How does your startup generate revenue :- We are already in this field maximum client knows us well. We are already giving them import substitute valves customer are happy with performance of our valves and giving us good pricing of our product considering all this is the right time to launch our startup we have enough fund for startup. We already have factory and office. Now we want go big ways through Startup.
