A solar panel is a device that converts sunlight into electricity by using photovoltaic (PV) cells. PV cells are made of materials that produce excited electrons when exposed to light. The electrons flow through a circuit and produce direct current (DC) electricity, which can be used to power various devices or be stored in batteries. Solar panels are also known as solar cell panels, solar electric panels, or PV modules. A photovoltaic system consists of one or more solar panels, an inverter that converts DC electricity to alternating current (AC) electricity, and sometimes other components such as controllers, meters, and trackers. Now-a-days, the demand of solar panel increases and government provides the subsidy on it to encourage the usage of solar panels Our company involves in manufacturing of Two components that are used in Solar Panel 1. ACDB – Alternative Current distribution Board 2. DCDB- Direct Current Distribution Board DCDB Facilities Direct Current from Solar Panel to Inverter and ACDB Distributed Power Supply from Inverter to the Grid. These panels include circuit breakers to prevent overloads and short circuits. MCBs shut off the flow of electricity when it exceeds safe levels, protecting system components and ensuring continuous power distribution. Reason for ACDB and DCDB Uses in Solar Energy Systems ACDB and DCDB panels integrate easily into solar arrays of all sizes. ACDB panels are primarily designed to accommodate alternating current (AC) from solar inverters while efficiently distributing electricity to different circuits in the system. In contrast, DCDB panels control direct current (DC) from solar arrays, providing safe and efficient power supply to inverters. Panels are frequently tailored based on system size and rating to ensure secure power distribution and correct electrical malfunctions. In addition, they are essential for working with inverters, batteries, and other components to guarantee reliability and safety at all stages
