At Guren Synergy Private Limited, our mission is to pioneer a sustainable tyre pyrolysis ecosystem that converts waste into wealth while advancing environmental and economic goals. We will convert tyres into pyrolysis oil and then refine pyrolysis oil into high-value chemicals like limonene, toluene, benzene etc., using advanced desulfurization and distillation plants, producing sulfur compounds as byproducts for industrial reuse. Simultaneously, we will convert pyrolysis carbon char into premium activated carbon—recovering 20-25% of its weight—through grinding mills and chemical activation, catering to purification industries. With a goal of 24 processing units, annually we will process 60,000 tons of tyres, simultaneously aiming to increase input resource recovery efficiency by 20% within five years through advanced indigenous technology. This reduces landfill waste and strengthens India’s circular economy – a minute contribution to our Honorable Prime Minister’s vision of a greener India and a greener world envisaged by India’s Pledge under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Under India’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for tyres since 2022, we empower producers and importers to meet recycling targets by transforming end-of-life tyres into valuable products, ensuring compliance and environmental relief. Looking ahead, we plan to leverage carbon credits by quantifying our carbon footprint reduction, tapping into global carbon markets to monetize emissions savings from tyre recycling and clean processing. By 2030, our 24 facilities along with downstream processing facilities will generate ₹2.00 billion in annualized revenue from chemical and carbon sales, creating 300 skilled direct jobs in operations and technology, plus 200 indirect jobs in transportation, packaging, and marketing.
