The purpose of #Stay is to help solo travellers book short/long stays, especially females. The business value is quite similar to what hotel aggregators do to hotel inventory, #STAY does to co-living inventory - with a twist! ‘Just more budget-friendly and secure’. We connect co-living companies/owners/operators/managers and travellers and facilitate the process of digitally booking budget-friendly, secure gender-based accommodations for solo travellers. At one end, #STAY shall enable co-living companies/owners/operators/managers to list (earmark) their unsold inventory and increase their operating margins (EBITDA), and on the other side, #STAY provides travellers an easy access to book budget-friendly secure well managed studio spaces. With an opportunity of over 1,500,000 co-living operatives in 34,000 cities and 190 countries, the opportunity is immense to be covered, enabling solo travellers to book a budget friendly, secure living spaces all over the world. Our digital personal profiles system as well as a rating and reviewing system provide information about the particular co-living spaces and what it has to offer, moreover what others say about the particular infra and its services. Vice versa, co-living spaces can choose on their own whom to/not to rent out their space to, basis their social profile score. The organised operators in the co-living space have started facing low occupancy %age heat. #STAY is here to fill the gap. We aim our technology to help co-living operators/owners/managers to manage their unsold inventory like an AirBnB of beds and rooms for short stays and long stays.
