Ayurveda the ancient system of medicine today ironically accounts for a small percentage of the Indian medicine market because of trust deficits in the system vis-a-vis allopathy, due to a lack of evidence-based treatment, efficacy and quality issues. Healing Hands & Herbs Pvt. Ltd. (HH&HPL) has brought in a new approach by addressing the trust issues with great care. HH&HPL has gathered immense knowledge and experience in the treatment of anorectal and digestive diseases by collaborating with Healing Hands Clinic, India’s leading proctology hospital. Together with a team of surgeons, physicians, ayurvedacharyas, clinical researchers and pharmacists HH&HPL has developed proprietary ayurvedic medicines for chronic lifestyle diseases viz. constipation, piles, bowel ailments etc. Constac the proprietary ayurvedic medicine for constipation is developed by HH&HPL with scientific patient data evaluation resulting in two formulations - mild and strong. Both the medicines go through unique processes which are applied for patent. Finally, the medicines have gone through clinical trials that are published in peer-reviewed journals. A published stability study for Constac, clearly evaluates the consistency and quality over the entire product life cycle. Notably, the medicines undergo rigorous quality checks at all stages of production.
