Product: HealthAssure is a network based product company & is a HealthTech Firm which is consumerising primary Healthcare for populations across 1,300 cities. This is modelled through our customers accessing our contracted primary care discounted network via our tech platform. Our unique offering is operational for most insurers in the market who are our clients and Corporates and even individual customers. We have serviced more than 1.5 million customers so far. Service: We offer services based unique & innovative primary healthcare products to our customers. Our services include providing affordable & accessible primary healthcare throughout India with deep discounts. These services are rendered via our specialized empanelled provider network comprising of diagnostics centers, labs, hospitals etc. We act as aggregators of primary healthcare and are at the center of healthcare providers, clients (insurance companies, corporates) and end users (individual customers). Process: In order to provide these services based products, we have built very strong processes. In fact, we are the only organization of its kind to have implemented centralized operations model. This centralized model is the result of our extremely sophisticated and innovative technology platform which is entirely built by our own in-house technology team. This platform is not only fully GPS enabled but is also extremely mobile whereby it can be accessed anytime & anywhere. Our strong processes include workflow enabled apps, medical management, fraud detection & avoidance modules, provider network database, automated BOTs etc.
