Samay Se ( समय से ) Problem – Indian government offices, institutions and other related services get delayed, less real time information, local problems and accountability are still some of the public related issues in good governance sector. There is no common platform that is built, governed, accessed and regulated under government or a responsible backend team that can be labled or popularized as symbol of good governance with the help of artificial intelligence. Solution – We are in the process of developing AI enabled mobile based App called SAMAY SE will enable citizens to get registered to get real time updates on public services, attendance of governance team, policy updates and other related news for the promotion citizen centered good governance. After the pilot testing, we intend to implement from government departments (Centre, states, municipals, Tehsils/Taluka/Subdivision till Panchayat level). How it will work? The AI based SAMAY SE App will be used, accessed and monitored by every user with our in house monitoring team. Each single registered user will have understanding, problems, policy issues from top to bottom, varying from states to states, diversity of polices, innovation and accountability on very critical issues by various users simultaneously updating and receiving information updates. Business Model: After testing of the App, it will be launched formally among active citizens group, institutions and promoted through by various stakeholders working the public policy sector. We will charge government at market price if the government is willing to buy it or we will give free ownership to the government and take the management of this App. We will get long term service contract with the government to manage it.
