Infiheal is a wellness startup looking at innovative solutions for mental health and more broadly, holistic health.Infiheal mobile application will be a one-stop mental health support platform where the user can get professional help (therapy session/ online meet with a qualified psychologist/psychiatrist), holistically based on their personality type (will be known using assessment personality tests) and requirements. It will be made so that users will not have to go to any other platform to seek help with mental health.The app will have a free AI chatbot, which is the star feature of the application. It will be available 24/7, whenever they need it, just like a friend. The chatbot is planned to cater to the user's varied needs based on their personality type. The chatbot will recommend holistic solutions, or if the user's condition is severe, it will also recommend a therapist or helpline number in an emergency. It will act as a listener when needed. The chatbot will also help answer the user's questions about their condition, any disorder, or FAQs concerning the application. All of this will be backed by professionals from this field and brought by vigorous research. Also, it will help the users navigate through the app. There will be a blog section for users to read about various mental disorders or recent research and studies related to it. Aside from these, the application will include other features such as a mood tracker and a journal.In our first product, we have combined music therapy with elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Hypnotherapy for better mental health. In our App, we create everything from scratch, including the music. The music we create is unique as we combine elements from several eastern and western schools of sound and music therapy such as binaural beats, isochronic tones, tibetan bowls, Ragas, mantra chants, downtempo, ambient music, nature sounds, songs with affirmative lyrics etc. Healing Affirmations that are based on elements of CBT and Hypnotherapy are recorded by a team comprising a hypnotherapist, counselling psychologist and a holistic health practitioner.
