We observe that many of training center in India are in surviving stage because of lack of capital, management and continuous changes in govt. policies. Most of the training centers are looking for government projects like PMKVY, DDUGKY etc. but they are not eligible. Problem: Most of the Training Centres in India don't have a sufficient number of student at their institute. They fail to get at least break even point of their business. Every Training Center want to run any government project. They don't know about their capability. They must have to know that the government cannot provide a fund to every training center. If All the training center would be trained properly to manage their center driven by industrial experts, then employment can be increased. Solution: We have the system in which, we provide complete managing team to those center, We provide the students to the training center by our marketing team. We also provide ToT (Training of Trainer) We have complete eco-system of education and training, We have the latest mobile apps and software with the market survey will be conducted. We have the expert's team which leads to deliver at least 100-150 students to the training center to be trained. We put MSME and Startup Training in our syllabus. Which promote entrepreneurship. We focused to make our students aware about entrepreneurship and establish small industries which lead employment. We can use the existing resources of an unused training center and we can convert them into profitable entrepreneurship skill development center
