JBC Ventures has 26 retail bicycle stores and owns India's leading bicycle online retail platform. This omni-channel will address the gaps in the market in terms of quality products and services to the customers. Customers can buy online, buy offline, see online and buy offline, see offline and buy online. This is a very unique combination that is offered to the customer. In addition to this we are developing a bicycle ride app wherein all customers including kids, young adults and all cyclist are regularly motivated to cycle and they are rewarded with points/gifts/ certificates. There is gamification wherein children are motivated to do small tasks and are rewarded. The ride app will also contain service option wherein customer can book service either at doorstep, at store and pickup option too. The app will also have m-commerce wherein all bicycle related products will be listed and customers can buy it online. The ride app will also list the different routes which is frequently used by cyclist across all cities. If someone if travelling to another city , he can check where the ride happens and join the local cycling community. The app will also help cyclist to host their own rides and invite other riders to participate. We plan to make it a community driven application. Our aim is to get more people to cycle regularly.
