JF Gallery Retail India Private Limited has been incorporated in January 2017 under companies act, 2013 and operates under brand name “OJOY”. OJOY is a value format retail chain having average store size of 10000 sq. ft. area. OJOY is a complete family fashion store covering a wide range of products consisting of Men’s wear, Ladies wear, Kids wear, FMCG, Footwear, Toys and Games, Households and Home furnishing departments. OJOY primarily focuses on “Nav Bharat” – Aspiring middle class/below middle class customer base and offers its customers a true value for their money. Objectives of OJOY venture are: a) To provide world class shopping experience to customers especially of tier 2, 3, and 4 cities. b) Create exceptional value for customers especially middle class and lower middle class in terms of quality, range, pricing and service. c) Generate employment opportunities for the youth of the country. Each OJOY store is adding 50 jobs (direct and indirect) at all levels. There are currently 5 OJOY stores located in Lucknow, Barabanki, Tamkuhi Road (Distt. Kushinagar), Bansi (Distt. Siddharthnagar) and Dumariyaganj (Distt. Siddharthnagar) in Uttar Pradesh. One more new store’s (i.e 6th store) work is in progress in Kanpur. However, there is an aggressive plan to open 100 such stores in tier 2, 3 and 4 cities across India in next few years. OJOY has been successful in creating strong supplier base and establishing robust supply chain structure in its initial year of operation. It has been quite exciting and fulfilling journey of last one and half year with multiple stores covering around 50,000 sq. feet of retail area and over 200 employees. OJOY is a professionally run organization with directors having outstanding educational background and diversified rich experience of various fields. OJOY organization has been established under the leadership of Ranjeev Kumar Tiwari. Ranjeev has been instrumental in setting and scaling up of business and oversees day to day operations of the company in the capacity of CEO. He is also additional director of the company and a member of the board of the company
