We are an LLP firm with two partners who share a combined work experience of 35 years we manufacture a product “TERMOSALT” For Termites & Efflorescence at a self-owned manufacturing unit in Lucknow (U.P) set up on our own land with extra land for expansion. The firm is completely run on resources owned by the partners. At the current stage- market sales and pilot sales have been undertaken after completion of product design, packing, labeling etc. We have received encouraging response to both market research and pilot sales. In the very initial days of the lockdown, the firm undertook a social media exercise to solicit dealer/distributors for the product and received overwhelming response (for Punjab & Rajasthan) . Electronic communication with those who responded was initiated and maintained and we have a sizeable number of leads to be converted to associations. We are in the process of working out the modalities of moving the product to the areas where our associates are based. We have tied up with Amazon for e selling the product. Termosalt is registered on the government’s GEMS portal too. We envisage reaching a stage of commercial production by in a 15 days time and upon sizable production we shall require funds for expansion of business and enhancement of distribution networks. The work distribution between the partners is so designed that while one is directly involved with prospective business associations, the other Manages manufacturing, pricing (including discount structures), staff and backend business.
