Kinomera Biosciences Private Limited was established in the year 2019 with an objective to undertake, promote, establish or engage in all kinds of research & development work connected with all facilities of medicines or assisting in establishing research centers, engaged in Research and experimental development services in medical sciences, kind of research work connected with different schools of medicines particularly with reference to cardiology & heart diseases. It’s objective is to set up hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare centers and provide, encourage, initiate or promote facilities for the discovery, improvement or development of new methods of diagnosis, understanding and prevention and treatment of diseases and to undertake designing and construction of Hospitals and/or other buildings. It also aims to procure or otherwise acquire vaccines, contraceptives and drugs, chemicals, lab reagents, surgical dressings, health kits and other medical consumables of desired quality, quantity and specifications for and on behalf of Government of any State Government organisation, institution or agency of national or international repute through an efficient, effective, economic, transparent and legally acceptable procurement practice and to procure, medical equipment and instruments for and on behalf of any other Government organisation, institution or agency of national or international repute through an efficient, effective, economic, transparent and legally acceptable procurement practice.
