Objective: Develop a unified platform to bring together all stakeholders of the healthcare system, which includes doctors, patients, pathology laboratories, pharmacies, insurance companies and government, to provide a fresh experience to patients and the entire stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Overview: Healthcare system in India has a fragmented user experience. The current ecosystem includes various entities like established hospital chains, large and independent hospitals, medium and small-sized clinics, dispensaries, Alternate medical practitioners like homoeopathy and Ayurveda. Large and established hospitals are using software and technology for hospital management which includes easy onboarding and consulting of patients while enabling efficient practice management for doctors and associated medical practitioners, but the same is not for other entities. In India the bottom of the pyramid still lacks an efficient health care management system. For a middle-class/ below middle-class Indian, the next door doctor or a clinic is the first point of contact for any medical consultation. Unfortunately, most of the time these entities don't maintain the medical history of the patients. This is due to multiple reasons like no regulations from the government, high footfall to the clinic, lack of resources and awareness of technology. The Government of India under the National Resource Centre for EHR standards has advocated having standards across the healthcare system to bring uniformity in the usage of medical terms, patient data storage etc. We at Lucero Solutions, inspired by the Government of India initiatives. We envision having a unified platform which provides a cutting edge experience not only to the patients but also to the entire stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. Our vision is to improve the entire health care system in India. Our solution is an intelligent platform that enables the patients, Doctors, pathology labs, pharmacies and insurance companies to collaborate and leverage the data for a personalised experience for all the users. Looking at the current spectrum of products in the market. There are quite a few clinical management software in the market and also platforms that allow patients to book doctor appointments. Most of these companies/products are focusing on the operational aspects of a hospital/clinic and addressing the basic needs of the patients. They lack a holistic view of the user's needs and aspirations. At Lucero, we aim to fulfil this gap and empower the entire healthcare ecosystem. We are a new startup with our own investment, and we are looking for financial support to move forward and onward.
