A platform probably through mobile application or website will create a market for investors, entrepreneurs and experts where entrepreneurs can find prospective founder, directors, resources, funding and experts. This platform will help entrepreneurs to solve their problems and also save lot of time in searching for right resource. A market for buying, selling, acquisition and merger of companies or a market to find Co Founder and Promoter, Directors for companies. This market can only be used by Insolvency Professionals to find resolution plans for companies under CIRP or can also help to find prospective buyers in case of liquidation. This digital platform will solve of entrepreneurs of finding investors, like minded co founders, directors, resources to run their companies. We as entrepreneurs shall generate employment for people who wish to work as professionals. As most of the people can list their services on portal only when they have professional degree whereas people who couldn’t complete their academic courses are more than who have qualified these courses so this platform shall teach them, train them and shall create place for them in this corporate field. There is no such social platform where entrepreneurs meet and inspire each other. Motivation is another important aspect which contributes toward the success of startups. Most of the entrepreneur's lose motivation and leave their startup.
