The startup aims to provide trained manpower and consultancy services to Government Hospitals that are empanelled under various social health insurance schemes. The startup will provide a dedicated team of properly trained and qualified employees who will be responsible to handle all the core non-clinical administrative functions pertaining to social health insurance schemes in the Government Hospital. This will help Government hospitals to earn maximum revenue through social health insurance schemes by • Covering maximum eligible patients under the social health insurance scheme • Minimizing the rejection/ pendency of preauthorization – by ensuring proper documents uploading within a defined turnaround time, timely updating of pending preauth cases • Minimizing rejection/ deduction of claims – by ensuring submission of all claims within a defined turnaround time with proper documents, updating pending claims, and making timely appeals for wrongly rejected/ deducted claims. Commission will be charged in the form of 5-10 % fees on the total claims paid amount for the medical treatment/ surgeries performed by the Government Hospital through social health insurance schemes.
