MILJON MEDI APP LLP has identified an opportunity in the Pharmaceutical sector which involves connecting the key players through a mobile app called medi-app – namely: • Pharma Companies, • Stockists/Distributors • Retail Chemists, Medi-App is a digital B2B platform. This space is practically vacant now as there is no player who covers all these key elements on a single platform. Miljon has planned a Rs 1200 crore turnover, with 400000 Retail Chemists, 25 Pharma Companies in a 5 year period. Medi-app will be able to generate revenue from the following: 1. Commission/Profit on sales that takes place through medi-app 2. Advertisement revenue from Pharma Companies 3. Market audit reports on product sales and Drs prescription habits 4. Patient health/disease pattern reports & wellness reports Medi-app was launched commercially among Retail Chemists on 18th Aug 2017 in 9 States with products of One Pharma company onboard. The highlights are as follows: Period 18.8.17 to 10.02.18 % No of Chemists downloaded medi-app 7378 Users (who placed orders) 6337 86% Repeat Users 2545 48% Within a short span of 5 months medi-app has proven that users are placing orders on it, thus generating revenue. We have achieved a billing of Rs 148 Lakhs during this period. Medi-app is a scalable model which will break even in the 3rd year. MILJON has been founded by professionals well experienced in the Pharma, Logistics, Finance & IT fields. The Funding Required is for Rs 25 cr, which will be used to meet expenses of acquiring Customers, Expansion of manpower and up-gradation of app to handle larger numbers of transactions and customers.
