MOS Mining Outcome Services LLP (MOS Mining), a mining solutions startup. We have invented a new innovative products ‘Topy G Bag ‘and ‘Topy H Liners’ for Blasting to be use for Mining Operation. Products are very cost effective and will save cost of mining operation specially in Indian market. Topy G Bag and Topy H Liners will be used primarily to protect bulk explosives from inhole water damage and to adopt new blasting techniques such as through seam blasting and air decking. BEHIND the Product Invention & Development:- Presence of water in the bottom of the blastholes in mining field usually damaging costly explosive and wastage of lakhs of rupees. As a result of this water damaged explosives, all mining operations face hard dig issues. Presence of 0.5 to 1 m of water in the blasthole could damage several meters of bulk explosive. Hence we invent a products that could minimise the damage from water saves explosive from damage. Topy G Bag are safe and can be easily deployed in the blastholes. Topy-G-Bag are inflated by manually triggering the aerosol which allows the water-based product to slowly release the content in plastic bags without shaking or squeezing. It takes several seconds for it to completely inflate. After triggering, the bag can be quickly lowered to its desired location where it locks up in the blasthole wall. Again our another product ‘Topy L Liner’ is essentially plastic sausages and plays an important role when deployed in the dewatered blastholes with bulk explosives, It helps to get further sufficient protection from water damaged.
