Namak Concept Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in April 2026 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, is an innovative food & beverage manufacturing company focused on building authentically Indian beverage brands. Founded by Suvidha Srivastava (MD & Promoter) with a core leadership team including Dr. Namita Srivastava (Doctorate in Food Science, R&D Head) and Ashish Srivastava (Chief Strategy Officer, 10+ years F&B experience), the company combines deep scientific expertise with strategic execution. Our innovation lies in proprietary Indian beverage formulations across three distinct product lines: Namak Masala Sodas – ethnic carbonated drinks with unique flavour profiles absent in national competition. Theory™ – fruit-forward masala sodas offering a differentiated taste experience. Abraaa™ – Indian-inspired caffeinated beverages positioned against the ₹20 energy drink segment. A functional beverage line (under development) leveraging clinically validated bioactive ingredients with patent applications in preparation.
