NIMBLE AUTOMATION Private Limited (NAPL), Indore, (Madhya Pradesh), is registered with ROC (Registrar of Companies) CIN U46529MP2023PTC064885 on March 19, 2023. Nimble Automation is recognized by #startupindia as per their Certificate of Recognition DIPP127937 dated April 5, 2023. The two Co-Founders of Nimble Automation, Ms. Saumyata Pujari, and Mr. Vijay Ganesh Pujari have been granted Patent # 410423 for invention entitled “A SMART DEVICE FOR EFFICIENT TEXTILE PRODUCTION, SYSTEM, AND METHOD THEREOF” on 31/10/2022. In simple terms, inventors have developed an electronic device with application software, that will be used in Textiles / Leather (Apparels, Linen, all types of Stitched Products) Manufacturing Units for Real Time Shop Floor Monitoring and Control of Sewing Department. Every Sewing Machine will be attached with one SMART device which is comprising of Processor, Inductive / Magnetic Proximity Sensor, RFID Module, Character Display unit, Wi Fi circuit, Indicators, LEDs, Feather Touch Buttons. The prime objective of this device is to record the data related to Operator and Operation of each machine in Real Time, which will enable the organization to Monitor and Control the production with respect to EFFICIENCY, UTILIZATION, and QUALITY PRODUCTION. Actionable, Proactive data and analytics empower Operators, Supervisor, Managers and Owners to control activities and make better, more informed decisions to correct problems and improve the operations in time. The POC (Proof of Concept) run on live machines was completed in March 2020 (pre COVID period) before the patent documents submission. At present, Nimble Automation is in the process of designing & developing the final Hardware and Application software to perform the Pilot Run to check the Accuracy and Robustness of the solution. The requirement of Real Time data for monitoring & control of the Sewing Department is a global need. The solution has scope not only in India but all the countries where Apparel Industry is flourishing. Our final Goal is to establish a Saas Model of this solution to provide service globally. Standard and Custom developed solutions in Internet of Things (IOT) and Industrial automation domains will be our preferred space in business scope.
