NuCare Pharma Services LLP was founded in March 2024 with a dual mission: to build a sustainable healthcare distribution business and to empower nursing professionals in India with expanded career opportunities . In our first year, we established NuCare as an authorised distributor of ostomy products and achieved a turnover of ₹1.78 crore (inclusive of GST) for FY 2024–25. This revenue-generating activity forms the financial foundation for our broader, impact-driven vision. Our long-term goal is to create an integrated digital platform that enables hospitals and homecare patients to hire qualified nurses and technicians efficiently. This portal will streamline recruitment and deployment and improving access to quality care. We identified a significant gap in the market—the lack of structured job opportunities for nurses in post-hospital care, particularly in stoma care and advanced wound care. Our startup aims to create dignified, flexible jobs for nurses in these areas, while helping healthcare institutions and patients to hire reliable, skilled nurses and technicians. By bridging the gap between surplus nursing talent and underserved post-acute care needs, our platform is highly scalable across India. Through this hybrid model—product distribution and a digital hiring ecosystem—we are working towards building a profitable, job-generating, and tech-enabled healthcare startup that aligns with India’s healthcare access and employment goals.
