MakeMeHire is First of its kind Skill-Based Online Recruitment Marketplace for Healthcare Industry. It integrates, connects and facilitates Employers and Candidates on Single Platform. This platform is absolutely FREE for the Job-aspirant candidates. Today Recruitment Process in the Healthcare Sector is highly ignored and it does not have any solution where employer can receive skill-based candidate. Current approach of recruiting candidates through traditional recruiting process is promoting unskilled and unstable candidates for the industry which is creating problems & headache for entire HR community. It is highly difficult for HR department of Pharm Industry, Pathology Labs, Hospitals and other healthcare industries to pick the right talent amongst the pool of graduates. MakeMeHire provides AI based solution for this problem through Android App. Each Candidate has to register on App with his/her preferred job domain and qualification. Then he/she will be asked to go through a Skill-Test which calculates Skill-Rating amongst the pool available of App. Then It displays list of candidates as per the their skill-rating, preferred domain, qualification and experience. This facilitates easy access to employer to search a candidate based on various filters but most prominanlty based on Skill rating. This will promote skill-based candidate for the jobs. Candidates with low skill-rating will understand the importance of skills here and will then try to upskill/ reskill themselves to keep there ranks high in the list so that it will be visible for employer. On other hand, HR can be logged as Employer at this portal where he can post his job along with Skill required for the Job. HR can decide the level of skills required with the help of digital dialer on app, where he can fix the values from 10% to 100%. He can then analyse applicants by visitng their profiles.
