OR Aerospace private limited seeks to establish “On-orbit servicing” (OOS) for space applications. On-orbit satellite servicing entails servicing, refueling, repairing, and even upgrading satellites that are in orbit. With the growing need for On-orbit servicing world over and Indian governments’ push to support private enterprises in space, we feel the time is ripe for establishing an indigenously built, home grown space enterprise that seeks to challenge the paradigm of satellite launches and the cost associated with it. Here we propose to launch a spacecraft that is capable of docking and injecting fuel into other operating satellites, with a view to extend its mission life and reduce cost associated with it.
