PeLocal is enabling digitisation of recurring collections and tracking for service providing small merchants like Local Cable Operator, Newspaper, Milk, Daily Essentials, Suppliers, Maintenance etc. PeLocal provides app to small merchants to become Payment Gateway Merchant and send bill payment notifications through consumer channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Consumer Apps (Google Pay, Paytm, Phonepe etc) to collect payment from customers using all digital payment options like credit card, debit card, net banking, upi etc. Consumers can search and select their service provider on the PeLocal apps and maintain all their bills at one place for both payments and tracking. PeLocal is also Technical Partner for Enterprises to enable digital transformation by extending enterprises legacy system integration with new age consumer channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Consumer Apps (Google Pay, Paytm, Phonepe etc) to collect payment from customers through single tap. This new approach leads to faster collections and reduction in cost due to economies of scales in rollout of consumer channels. PeLocal is helping increase digital collections for Utilities like electricity, gas, municipalities by rolling out new age consumer channels for collections from customers. For customers it intends to be one stop shop for all bill payment be it last mile bills, small vendor payments or enterprise & utility payments. It intends to provide customer single tap all bill payments to bring 10X convenience and remove all hassles & friction in current bill landscape. PeLocal is also working to enable bill payments for small vendors like Local Cable Operators and Schools through Bharat Bill Pay. The PeLocal Apps will enable all formats of bill collections through all modes and all consumers channels at one place for the small merchants leading to huge reduction in cash collections and manual tracking of bills.
