Phixman - You Break We Collect We Phix. It is a tech-enabled smart repair and service platform specialized in gadgets and electronic appliances for brands and end customers. In the year 2015 young engineering graduates Shaad Rahman and Atul Ranjan started the company with a single outlet in Indore. We were one of a kind tech-driven after-sale service startup platform. With an initial capital of 10 Lacs in the company, we started the work. In the year 2017, we registered the company as a private limited company. we expanded the business by selling franchises on the FOCO model. We had a growth of about 100% each year. Currently, we are having 85+ Phixman stores all across nationally in the year 2020 and we have expanded in many more categories like Phixman EDU-Skill program and Gadget protection plan. In the current situation where we are in between Pandemic, there is a huge opportunity in the hygienic service network. Phixman aims to fulfill all such requirements in the future. Proposed Solutions : 1) Good Service as all customers are assisted in dedicated Phixman stores or with dedicated verified partners either in FOCO or FOFO model. 2) Dedicated plan ready for all electronics brand with a plug and play facility for all their after-sales requirement. 3) The technician will be trained with our dedicated application and certify them with levels like L2, L3, L4 depending on their progress and learning. 4) Trading directly tested goods will make the process effective and profitable as the consumption rate and demand is huge. 5) Trading upgraded equipment and machines from time to time will make the results even better for the customer. 6) SAAS based products developed by Phixman Technology Pvt Ltd To collectively earn from all the service centers. 7) The store has some great ambiance and quality inside the stores. As the staff and partners are trained very well with the company dedicated training module. 8) Channelized and trained workforce on every store currently 150 employees are dedicated to Phixman Stores. 9) We are building a social network platform that not just train technician educated them but connects them together for open job and recruitment opportunities. 10) Easy warranty claims with no questioned asked policy.
