Ltd. is a duly incorporated private limited company engaged in the business of providing affordable, hygienic, and standardized accommodation services across identified tourist destinations, pilgrimage centres, and tier-II and tier-III towns in India. The Company is a fully operational entity, having acquired customers and generating regular revenues from its hospitality operations. The startup has been conceived with the objective of addressing a long-standing structural gap in India’s domestic travel and tourism ecosystem, wherein travellers are often compelled to choose between high-cost luxury hotels and unorganized, sub-standard budget lodgings. Prathvi Cottages and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. seeks to bridge this gap by offering quality daily accommodation at economical price points, without compromising on safety, hygiene, or service consistency. The core offering of the Company comprises budget cottages and resort-style accommodation units that are strategically located near tourist hotspots and semi-urban centres. The Company provides clean and well-maintained rooms, standardized amenities, safety-first infrastructure, and, where feasible, in-house kitchen facilities.
