Founded in August 2024 by two women partners Rituparna and Deepali Pratihar, our company is backed by a trusted team of senior advisors with over 150 years of combined professional experience. We identified a critical gap between industry demands and available resources, as well as inefficiencies in how these resources were being utilized. 1. In response, we developed a platform offering a ready-to-deploy pool of chartered engineers, with diverse industry expertise, available in one place. This led us to create a service-based model that provides efficient access to chartered engineering talent. 2. Recognizing the evolving needs of MSMEs, one of our partners, a corporate strategist, saw the value in establishing a boutique firm focused on management consulting and board advisory services. 3. With over 100 years of combined experience in technology transformation and three years of research, we are also dedicated to bridging the skills gap between academic training and industry requirements through our innovative education technology solutions.
